This Privacy Notice describes how Jay Mundra ("Developer," "I," "me," "my") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the Neubit Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms and Conditions.
This Notice applies to personal information processed through the Service, including mobile apps, websites, APIs, and related communications. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own notices.
(a) Identifiers and Account Data: name, email, username, password hash, authentication tokens, subscription status.

(d) User Content: text inputs, voice inputs/recordings, activity attempts, activity scores, feedback, attachments.
(e) Device and Network Data: device identifiers, OS, app version, IP address, network information, carrier, screen resolution, device settings.
(f) Location Data: approximate location
(g) Analytics and Events: app interactions, taps/clicks, time spent, performance metrics, crash logs, diagnostics
(h) Communications Data: support requests, email/push delivery, and engagement data.
(i) Inferences: derived metrics or classifications for personalization, safety, and service improvement.
(j) Cookies/SDK Data: identifiers and telemetry collected via cookies, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies.
To provide and maintain our App, including analyzing and improving its features and functionality. Teach & Personalize – Tailor lessons, give AI corrections, track fluency & personalized AI experience, Analytics & Improvement – Learn which features help users most, Notifications – To communicate with you, such as sending you updates, responding to your inquiries, and providing customer support. To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security breaches, or illegal activity.
Developer may disclose personal information to: (a) Service Providers/Vendors (hosting, cloud, storage, analytics, crash reporting, communications, support, security, anti-fraud); (b) Authorities/Legal (Developer may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government request)
Developer and partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, performance. We do not sell or rent your personal data. All partners process data under strict contracts and their own policies.
Personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, Developer implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, additional technical measures).
Developer retains all data collected as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Devloper is committed to responding to your request promptly and ensuring that your information is deleted in accordance with your wishes and applicable regulations
Developer implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is 100% secure, developer will continuously improve safeguards.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers as soon as possible.
You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or delete your information.
